We just had our quartz bathroom countertop installed by CJ and Zak this morning. They were extremely courteous, prompt, professional, and did a fantastic job. Our bathroom looks terrific, and the quartz is gorgeous; especially with our stainless steel sinks. Kudos to Jamie in the Grand Rapids showroom for being so friendly and helpful as well. We will definitely use Lakeside again when we redo our upstairs bathroom.
From start to finish my experience was great! Lakeside did exactly what they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it. Specifications were checked and double checked to be sure we were all on the same page. Field man, Jon Polen helped design the backsplash in the field and helped me make decisions about the details. The installers arrived on time, were respectful of us and our house, and cleaned up before they left. It was clear to me that they'd been well trained in their craft as well as their behavior. I was impressed and plan to recommend Lakeside to friends in the future!

We had a fantastic experience with Lakeside- from consultation - Christine, to templating and to the finished installation, CJ and Kalen - they thoroughly answered our questions and were very friendly. We couldn’t find the seams initially, thats how well it was installed! All that is left is to pick a backsplash. Thank you
I had a good experience with Lakeside Surfaces. The company is professional and communication is excellent. The staff who templated and installed my bathroom vanity top were helpful, answered questions and prompt for the appointments. The timelines promised were adhered to. Be aware, that the small sample that a customer views and selects does not reveal the entire piece to be installed. I was disappointed about the lack of mixing of the composite resulted in a color concentration that in my opinion is not visually pleasing. I would recommend Lakeside Surfaces, and would encourage a customer to view the entire piece for satisfaction.
Jon Polen went the distance for me; all the way to the U.P. He and his team worked with me to coordinate templating, fabrication, and installation of my beautiful, quality, ideal countertops. I've been DIY'ing my kitchen (still a WIP), but countertops needed to be professionally installed. When I couldn't make it to the showroom, Jon made sure samples were hand delivered to me. The personal customer service beats any "box" store. Plus, the quality is beyond better and did not cost more. They also went "over the bridge", which other vendors would not do. Jon is knowledgable about his products, listens to his customer's needs, is realistic about the process, and he follows up after the install! I will be using Lakeside Surfaces again!
Jon Polen was a great help throughout the kitchen renovation process and answered my questions regarding the project and the details that we were most concerned about in getting new quartz countertops installed. Truly impressed with the professionalism all the way through this project! Always timely and informative with a helpful answer over the length of our remodel!
Work they did was very good, quality worthy of 5-stars….except they broke two pieces of granites and glued them back together and installed. Never told me or my contractor. Whatever they used to glue has become more visible and stained. Given we have a large kitchen and purchased a lot of granite…I am disappointed the breakage was never disclosed…feels deceitful

We had a wonderful experience with Lakeside Surfaces recently while purchasing our quartz countertops. From the beginning of the project working with Jon and team, to measuring for the countertops with Phil, and finally the installation process itself with Mike and Nick (who did an amazing job and did not break one of the existing glass tiles on the backsplash). All who represented Lakeside were extremely professional and kept us informed every step of the way. We still can't believe how beautiful our new countertops look!
Rodney and Terrell removed our old countertop and installed our new quartz countertop. They went above and beyond to make sure they didn't damage the backsplash. Everything turned out beautiful and we couldn't be happier with their work. They covered our wood floors and cleaned everything up before the left. We definitely recommend them.
