Administrative Assistant

SUMMARY

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for greeting and directing customers over the phone and in person at our Headquarters location. Additionally, they will provide administrative support to multiple departments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Including, but not limited to:

  • Answer phones and greet customers, triage and direct calls. Direct to voicemail as needed and transfer calls
  • Check in visitors following all guest safety procedures
  • Track and maintain visitor badges / access cards
  • Plan and schedule events and meetings
  • Review and maintain office supplies
  • Create forms, flyers, worksheets, reports, etc.
  • Review detailed reports and convert information onto company vehicle spreadsheets by area and department
  • Assist with recruiting
  • Various other administrative and office support duties

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1 year administrative related experience
  • Customer focused
  • Excellent verbal and written commutation skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high energy environment while remaining calm and accurate
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Internet research skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
